sports medicine and bracing products has expanded its offering of spinal bracing products with the
addition of the new
System-Loc™ LSO Spinal Orthosis
The System-LOC™ LSO LSO provides substantial, immediate pain relief for conditions such as
degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, radiculopathy, sciatica, lumbar disc dysfunction,
spondylolisthesis (spondylosis), acute or chronic strains and lumbar instability. This rigid spinal
orthosis protects soft tissues, reduces flexion and rotation and decreases forces on the discs. The
ambulatory traction and hydrostatic lift provided by the System-LOC™ helps alleviate pain and
increases rehabilitation by providing effective stabilization and unloading weight and pressure off
of the spine. Rigid anterior (front) and posterior (back) panels stabilize the spine and restrict
range of motion. The V-shaped anterior panel in conjunction with the patented strapping method
provides abdominal compression and creates “hydrostatic lift” to help relieve the load and stress on
the spine. Transferring the load from the lumbar region greatly reduces pain and discomfort. |
